Description: 

This is a single 45.92 acre tract nestled in the mountains of Northeast Georgia. The land is undeveloped, rural, yet easily accessible. A dirt and gravel road (known s Bee Road) runs the length of one side of the property.

Directions: 

Go north on State Route 5 (The Zell Miller Parkway) toward Talking Rock, Georgia. Turn left and take State Route 136 west. Go 5.5 miles to Shyer's Ford Road and turn left. Go 3/10th of a mile and turn left. Go .7 miles. The property is on the right. Look for the Auctions United signs.
