Saturday, September 20th, at 10:00AM, Auctions United and Wilson Realty will be selling a commercial building that once housed a Burger King franchise restaurant in the town of Centre, Alabama. Centre is the county seat of Cherokee County and home to the beautiful Weiss Lake recreational area. In addition to the large, year round population, Centre is the center of a huge tourist area for boaters and fishermen. The restaurant is approximately 2700 square feet and was built in 1997. It has a large glassed-in dining room that seats 74 people. Behind the counter is the kitchen area with large commercial hood for cooking and stainless counter areas for food preparation. At the rear of the kitchen is a large walk-in freezer/refrigeration unit and a number of stainless steel sinks and counters.

The building has two fully equipped public restrooms and a small office space that houses a safe and security equipment. Four 4-ton large commercial central air conditioner units with gas heat are included.

A large complement of kitchen equipment will be sold including a milkshake machine, stainless steel counters, and more.

All of the old Burger King logos, branding and parapet have been removed however the structure still retains the distinctive roofline, color scheme and general construction of a typical Burger King restaurant.
