The property is just of Highway 411 outside of Cave Spring Georgia in the Hardin School Community. It consists of 14 acres on County Road 18. The land is mostly wooded and will be sold in two separate parcels.

This is a court ordered sale, ordered by the Cherokee County Circuit Court, Case No. CV-2010-000020.00. The actual court order is available on this website.

From Centre, Alabama take Hwy 411N toward Georgia 14 miles.  Turn right on County Road 18 and go 1.2 miles to the property.

From Cave Spring, Georgia take Hwy 411S toward Centre, Al  7.7 miles. Turn left on County Road 18 and go 1.2 miles to the property
