Description:
FULL DISCLOSURE: This house needs major renovations! It was rented to a person who kept 48 dogs inside. It will require extensive renovation before it could be occupied. The house sits on a .75 acre lot. The lot is nice and gently sloping. The 3 acre tract is “L” shaped and adjoins the house and lot .
IMPORTANT: THE PERSONAL PROPERTY IS PART OF THE FAMILY RESIDENCE BEHIND THE RENTAL HOME AND WAS NEVER IN THE RENTAL HOUSE!
Most of the personal property items will be sold in groupings. The personal property includes 127 very nice model airplane and model ship kits. These models are unassembled and seem to be complete however, all will be sold as-is. Some were quite expensive. There are also a number of nice pictures, 128 collectible Bradford Exchange plates and other items, kitchen appliances, china, crystal, living room, bedroom, and dining room furniture.
According to the family, the 1931 Model A Ford was purchased by Mr. Green and given a complete frame-off restoration by a local shop. This model A is immaculate and has won several awards. There is a book with complete documentation of the restoration with pictures. The car would make a good addition to a collection. The other cars include a 1982 Mercedes 300D Turbo Diesel and a 1974 BMW 2002Tii. Both cars run and are all original. The last vehicle is a 2008 Kia Sedona mini van. The family says the vehicles all run however each car will be sold as-is with no warranties implied or given. Opportunity will be given for inspection prior to sale.
