Property 1: The Main Street Plaza Shopping Center is 100% leased and brings in over $12,500 per month in income. The end of the shopping center closest to the street houses the local Verizon store and the Pizza Hut Restaurant. Both businesses are long-term tenants who have built their business reputations in that location. These two nationally known brands are strong tenants.
