There is a master bedroom with spacious closets on the left side of the house. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a large master bath with garden tub and shower. Another bedroom and bath is on the right side leading out to a two-car garage. There is also a carport next to the garage. Upstairs is a long hallway with three spacious bedrooms branching off. There are two full baths with showers upstairs. In addition to the bedrooms, the home offers several storage areas upstairs as well. The basement was designed to be a separate apartment complete with living area with fireplace, a complete kitchen, a master bedroom with closets and a master bath. The back door downstairs opens out to a patio that is covered by the Florida room upstairs. There are wood floors in the main kitchen, foyer, and hallway. The majority of the house is carpeted. Outside the home is a concrete driveway with turn around area and a detached double aluminum carport. There are several outbuildings with garage door, which could be used as a garage or for storage. The property around the house has a number of beautiful old trees scattered around the yard adding to the charm of this magnificent home.

Land Tracts

The other two tracts are on each side of the home property along Marshall Road. They are fenced in pasture type land with groupings of trees scattered through the property.

Antique Automobile Descriptions

The classic cars being offered are in various stages of restoration. The 1931 Model A Ford is an 8-year-old restoration and is quite a good-looking car. The original engine runs just fine. The seats are leather and the car even has a fold out rumble seat. The is a classic you WILL want to bid on.

The 1950 Ford four door is another car that has become a true classic. This car is an older restoration with the original flat head 8-cylinder engine. The interior has velour seats.

The 1946 Packard is a true collectors item. This too is an older restoration and has recently been repainted. In its day, the post war Packards cost more than a new Cadillac and were a true sign of luxurious living.

The final car is a non-running Mercedes four-door sedan. Most of the trim and windows have been removed and the car is in poor condition.
