At present the milk herd is around 100 however the permitted capacity on the farm is 1151 milk cows. The dairy equipment is composed of a milking system including milk storage and feed bins. The farm is located in a rural part of Newberry County. There is good access to major roads and most suppport facilities are located in Newberry.
